Step 2: Scoping
One of the biggest fears people have is the unknown. Simply put, "we don't know what we don't know," but we can work towards understanding the true potential cost of your new build, house renovations or extensions. Defining your project's scope and identifying potential challenges helps prevent costly delays. The process depends on a number of factors but we first establish a preliminary agreement which means we can then dive into the details. We can also start any pre-build scheduling requirements, and decide if we need to engage an architect of designer. Project cost can be estimated, which allows decisions to be made on where available money can be spent, and any financial needs can be arranged with your bank.
